You can access the media section using 2 ways:
Here is your media section. It holds all the images and videos you upload.
To upload an image or video, click on "Media Upload" under "+ New".
Click on Add and a file dialog will pop up that will allow you to select a file from your computer.
Note: If the content type for the files are different, upload them one by one.
Next, we will learn how to schedule your image or video to play by adding them to a specific playlist.
You can access the playlist section using 2 ways:
Here is your playlist section. Each playlist in it corresponds to a content type. Each playlist plays in predetermined locations and schedules. By adding images or videos to a playlist, it causes these new items to play in the corresponding screen locations.
While in your playlist,
Here is a view of media items that are in the same workgroup as your playlist.
When you have added any new items in your playlist, click Save & Close. You will see changes take effect in the screens within 10 minutes.
Note: At this point, the media will play on all screens that allow this content type. The next steps will show you how to change conditions to customize the terminal locations.
Here is a view of the items in a playlist.
When looking at the properties of an item in a playlist, there are 3 tabs.
By default, items are set to play for 7 seconds.
By default, items are set to play 24 / 7 with no end period.
By default, items are set to play in all locations the playlist has been programmed to, behind the scenes. This differs from playlist to playlist.

As a general rule: The playlist, in which an item sits in, decides where it plays. Conditions allows you to further limit where items should play.
When you have made any change to the items in your playlist, click Save & Close. You will see changes take effect in the screens within 10 minutes.
